About the Project

Bajau Ecolodge is being developed in the south of Lombok, an authentic area where surf bays, virgin beaches, and green hills coexist with the life of the Sasak people. The surroundings offer spots like Gerupuk, Tanjung Aan, and Ekas Bay, perfect for surfers of all levels, as well as ideal places for kitesurfing, snorkeling in healthy reefs, sea kayaking, yoga, and meditation.

The ecolodge will feature sustainable villas and offer access to activities such as surfing, snorkeling, kitesurfing, and yoga, always in connection with the local community and the nature that defines the region.

About the Project

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on conscious travel, connecting with the sea, nature and local culture. As an ecolodge, we are committed to sustainable practices, responsible materials and a balanced relationship with the land, supporting the community and promoting a slower pace of life

The Bajau, known as the ‘sea nomads’, are an ancient people who have inhabited the waters between the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia for centuries. They live in deep connection with the ocean and understand it as a living being to be respected and accompanied. They have developed extraordinary abilities, being able to dive up to 70 metres and remain underwater for more than 13 minutes. This vision of water, nature and time guides our proposal: a space facing the sea, created to reconnect without haste and inhabit the environment in a conscious and respectful way.
